Dr. Dana Bleifer, DVM, is the owner of Rose City Veterinary Hospital and a general practitioner with a special interest in reproduction. She attended the University of California at Davis for both her undergraduate studies and veterinary school. Additionally, she pursued post-graduate studies at the University of Agricultural Sciences in Uppsala, Sweden, and the University of Georgia.

Dr. Bleifer is also passionate about raising and showing Chesapeake Bay Retrievers and Holsteiner horses, having won the American Chesapeake Club (ACC) Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022. Despite her success and deep love for animals, she faced a personal challenge with a breast cancer diagnosis in 2018. Today, she is six years cancer-free and excited to be on the board of Zero Negative, where she aims to spread love and healing to patients, caregivers, and survivors.
