Love, Trust & New Beginnings
When I heard the words, “You have stage IV cancer,” my world stopped. I was a newlywed trying to have a baby. But when my oncologist told me if I had gotten pregnant, the pregnancy most likely would have killed me, everything shifted. Cancer became a blessing, treatment a gift, and I embraced my team of doctors, family, and friends with profound love and gratitude. Four months later, I was cancer-free, carrying a deep understanding of the power of love, gratitude, and trust.
Now, I am devoted to sharing this message through our Chemo Love Tote program, where we work to end loneliness and inspire healing for those facing the unimaginable.
