Each Chemo Love Tote is filled with comfort items, healing tools, and love — a reminder to women in treatment that they are seen, supported, and never alone. Our biggest champions? You.

Dr. Dana Bleifer is a veterinarian, breast cancer survivor, and lifelong animal lover. She owns Rose City Veterinary Hospital and serves as a general practitioner with a special focus on animal reproduction. Dana earned both her undergraduate and veterinary degrees from UC Davis, followed by post-graduate work at the University of Agricultural Sciences in Uppsala, Sweden, and the University of Georgia.
Outside the clinic, Dana is devoted to raising and showing Chesapeake Bay Retrievers and Holsteiner horses. Her passion and dedication earned her the American Chesapeake Club Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022.
In 2018, Dana was diagnosed with breast cancer—a journey that tested her strength, deepened her compassion, and ultimately led to her healing. Now six years cancer-free, she brings that same resilience and heart to her role on the board.
What she brings to The Zero Negative Foundation: As both a healer and a survivor, Dana is passionate about supporting patients and caregivers through their most vulnerable moments. Her mission is to help others feel empowered, loved, and reminded that healing is always possible.
